Congratulations to Innovator Marissa Mayer | ||
Congratulations to Marissa Mayer, former Google Senior Vice President, who was just named as Yahoo!’s new CEO. At our 2012 Celebrating Change benefit, IMOW presented Marissa Mayer with the first-ever IMOW Innovator Award. When she accepted her award, she spoke about her passion for technology and why she was proud to be a geek. “Passion is geek-enabling, and passion is also gender neutralizing. Some heroes need to be geeks!”
