Last Chance! Submit Your Work to Your Voices: On Motherhood Published Submissions Eligible for a US$1000 Community Choice Award

The deadline is quickly approaching for our Your Voices: On Motherhood call for submissions. Send us your work by Monday, October 31 to be part of this global conversation and to be eligible for a $1,000 Community Choice Award. Submit your work today! Artists, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, writers— IMOW wants to showcase the experiences, ideas, joys and challenges of a new global generation in Your Voices: On Motherhood. Contributions can come in any medium that is currently supported on IMOW.org and work must address a topic related to motherhood. We're specifically looking for stories around motherhood and work; fatherhood; and choosing whether or not to be a mother--though all submissions are encouraged! Submissions are due on Monday, October 31, 2011. The exhibition will represent the diverse voices, experiences, struggles and successes of women worldwide as they relate to motherhood. We encourage submissions from all global regions. Submitting your work provides the opportunity to showcase your creativity for a global audience of over 50,000 monthly visitors from 200 countries. Submitted work will be reviewed by a jury, and selected submissions will be curated for inclusion in the Your Voices: On Motherhood exhibition.Check out our call for submission video for more info>> All published submissions will be eligible for the Community Choice Award, a $1,000 cash prize, with $500 going to the individual contributor and $500 going to a women's nonprofit of the winner's choice.
